How Long Do Decorated Cookies Last?

Decorated Cookies are very shelf stable. Cookies that are sealed in cellophane bags will last up to 2 weeks at room temperature. However, if you would like them to last longer, put the sealed cookies in an airtight container and place in the freezer. They should last up to 6 months.

Shipping

Cookies are the only products that are shipped. Cookies are shipped via USPS Priorty Mail with tracking. Kristen's Kreations is NOT responsible for shipping issues once it leaves our possession. Once your order is placed, this risk is assumed. If you are LOCAL to the Downingtown area, pick up/delivery options are available.

Designs

Here at Kristen's Kreations, we try our best not to copy other's work. If you have a specific design in mind that you came across online, that is fine. We can use that design as inspiration, but it will NOT be directly copied. Kristen's Kreations works closely with all clients to come up with a design they love.

Terms

A 50% (non-refundable) deposit is required to reserve your order. If a deposit is not received, your order will not be processed.

Due to the handmade nature of these products, each item may have slight variations. Payment is required up front so that I can source the ingredients, baking supplies, and the perfect packaging for your order. Your payment also reserves your pick-up/delivery date. I can offer refunds up to 24 hours after the payment has been accepted. Unfortunately, after that time, I cannot offer refunds as your order has likely begun to be processed. But the good news – you get your delicious baked good! If there is an issue with your order, please contact me and I will do my best to resolve. Made in a licensed home kitchen inspected by the Pennsylvania Dept. Of Agriculture. Processed on shared equipment which comes into contact with common allergens such as dairy, eggs, nuts.
